Yesterday was spent in Big Sky Studios dressing up in Next SS13 clobber for a blogger campaign shoot. Out of all the things I get to do via blogging, this was well up there on the top of my awesome list! I was among some incredible bloggers (there was 8 of us in total). Here is my photo diary of the day…
As far as I am aware we will each get a profile with our 3 looks including a video. I am petrified of being filmed. Thankfully it wasn’t too awful, but I am not a natural that’s for sure. The funny thing is I used to study acting. When I have to be myself and talk to a camera or a big room of people I go all silly and shy.
I styled together two looks myself one was a winter to spring transitional outfit (featured above) and a evening look based on the navy trend. The lovely stylist Tara asked if I wanted to do a sports-luxe outfit which Initially I declined. Then I thought it would be fun to experiment, so she put together a look with a floral bomber jacket and high top wedges. The look had mixed reception from the other bloggers. So you are either going to think yay or nay…no in-between.
The photographer was Ryan who I have met a few times at both of the Next Kids events I have attended. He has photographed Eva and now me!
I think there is going to be a quick turnaround time with the finished result so I can’t wait to share that with you. Big thanks to Next for thinking of me. I am extremely flattered considering the amount of incredible blogs out there.
